In this class you will learn how to weave from start to finish. We will measure out the warp, put it on the loom, and learn some basic patterns. Day one: weave plain weave, twill, basket weave, and some finger manipulated patterns (Leno, Brooks bouquet, Danish medallions). Day two: re-warp the loom and explore colour and weave; learn to read weaving patterns.
This is a two-day workshop; 9:30am – 3:30pm each day.
